I learned how to eliminate the down load arrows displayed a while back. Now I have three arrows which were created when I downloaded wallpaper a while back. The usual pull down, click on routine will not get rid of them. Any other new download arrows can be removed without hassle but not these three. Can someone help short of a hard restart that will kill every thing else.
