"Download declined" please help

Downloaded an app yesterday that failed to download so I canceled it but it has since reatempted to download every time I open android market and I receive a "download declined"message. I have tried redownloading the app, clearing cache rebooting my phone all to no avail. I appreciate any help or comments of similar problems.

Try clearing the data in manage applications.
