Download digital wellbeing information

Hello,

I wanted to download the numerical information of digital wellbeing. How can I get it from an Android device? Is it in some cache? Please help.

Can you be a little more specific? Your reference to "digital wellbeing" is somewhat vague, because the term itself is! Do you mean an app called Digital Wellbeing, a Google service by that name, or something else?

If you can tell us exactly what you're referring to, it'll help us help you. A link to its Play Store page if it's an app would be great.

Yes I am talking about the google digital wellbeing app on the Android pie and 10 in Settings.

I wanted to view the data ( it shows in its charts) in its raw format.

Is it possible to download this information? The app must be getting this from some cache, internal db or service. Am I right?

The app is probably storing it as internal app data (so a database in the /data/data area, which you'll need root to access), though there may a copy in Google's servers (keeping their own record of how long you use your device and when would be a very "Google" thing to do). I can't see any advantage to Google in keeping the data where you can see exactly what it stores.

My guess is that if it doesn't provide an option to export the data (which I'm sure you've looked for) you are out of luck.
