Help download failed...

its says download failed cannot download because there isn't enough space left on your internal shared storage.please remove files from your internal shared storage and try again.in spite of having a new 8gb memory card.

Apps are not downloaded to your SD card and cannot be moved there if you are running KitKat so you will need to free up internal space
