Help Download Notifications After Update

I just updated my T-Mo GS3. I keep getting "phantom" notifications of documents and pictures being downloaded. These are files that I deleted long ago. When I touch the download notification, it says "file not found." I've tried clearing all of the notifications manually, and with the "clear" button, but they keep reappearing.

This is VERY annoying. Does anyone know how I can permanently clear these notifications?

I've been having the same problem and I haven't figured out how to fix it. I'm with AT&T though. Would the process be different. I tried looking through all my files and couldn't find he way you did it.
NEVERMIND! I misunderstood your method. Fixed the issue!

Clear the data and cache in the Download Manager app in Applicatoin Manager > All. That fixed it for me.
