How do I download the cdc serial driver for my samsung galaxy exhilarate. I want to take pictures off the phone onto my home computer.

Have you tried looking for the drivers on the Samsung website? Also, you may be able to plug the phone into the computer and Windows (if you're running Windows) may download them for you. Still, I highly recommend getting the drivers from Samsung site if they are available.
With many Android devices, you must 1st set the phone for MASS STORAGE before you can actually transfer files to and from your device. I do not have the Exhilarate so I'm not sure if you have to enable that function or not.
You can also try this... Download the drivers here and run the setup program after unzipping.
THESE DRIVERS ARE FOR A 64 BIT SYSTEM. IF YOU ARE ON A 32 BIT SYSTEM THEN THEY MAY NOT WORK AND YOU MAY NEED TO DO MORE RESEARCH.
