Sometimes need to download some of my uploaded videos. Is there a way to commit additional resources when necessary. I sometimes download 2/3 at a time. Android 5.1.1

It might be your network bandwidth is the resource that's limiting download speeds. And only thing you can try is to improve it somehow, like paying more $$$ to your ISP for a bandwidth upgrade.
