Downloaded files are stored on your sdcard. If you don't have a sdcard this may be the reason you are experiencing this problem. If you do have a sdcard, then we may need some additional information to help you solve your problem. (Like what you are using to download the pictures and the specific error/problem you have when you try to download a picture.)
If you do have a sdcard you can either resubmit your question with this extra info the same you submitted this question or you could sign up for the forum (its free!) and reply directly to this thread.

I didn't even think of that one. Perhaps their sdcard is out of free space. That would be man other thing to look into

Welcome AF, if you are trying to download pics make sure you clear up storage space and make sure you are on 3G or wifi.
