I recently bought the epsxe app, and I'm now trying to download roms, but when I hit the download button (it's not just roms I'm not able to download, it's ALL files from my Internet browser - downloads via google play work fine) a 'starting download' notification appears at the bottom of my screen, but no download actually begins. I've been searching for a solution but have had no luck as of yet... help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
