I work for verizon wireless and have a customer who is getting a message that download size requires wifi on all of his apps. 2nd phone doing the same thing. What is the issue that is causing this. Droid 3
 
Hello and welcome to Android Forums. I commend you for wanting to resolve your customer's problem. I can't imagine what might be limiting his/her downloads to a wifi connection. I suggest you check into the area where that phone is discussed. The area will have a great number of owners/users of that device who know it well. They perhaps have seen this problem and know what setting or fix is available. Here is a link to the Android Phones and their areas of discussion. Just follow the link and ask in there.
