Sometimes when I'm downloading something the download progress notification disappears and can't find my download. When i try to redownload then it shows two downloads and download the file twice.
I suspect that the first download is completing, even though the notification disappearing seems to indicate otherwise. Try refreshing the download folder before attempting to download again.
