Hello,
Wondered if anyone could help. My htc wants to do an update but says not enough memory. Ive deleted nearly everything and still no memory, Ive looked at what is taking up all the memory in settings and it says download 180kb and everything else is reasonably low. When i click on download to delete files it says no files. Im stumpted at what to do next, as im not great with phones know what i need to and few basics. Ive tried researching but cant find anything. Can anyone help me?

Pictures and videos can hog a lot as well, maybe move or erase them? Also the update itself could be in your cache folder and be huge as well.. Just a thought

Explanation:
Picture size usually low, video can take up a lot of space and so the application. Go to setting > application > view application (if you have the button) then wait for it to load all the application. The top always be the largest so delete what you dont need. If you want to know what taking up your space then go to Setting > Storage it should tell you what is big and what is small.
Harder Solution:

Setting > Storage

Click whats big (Like Used Space, Images & Videos)

Then go delete whats big and what you dont need/rarely use
Easier Solution:

Install ES File Manager, then click 'Space Analyser' button

Analyser means Analyzer in US
