To check and see if that update is available for your phone, go to settings and look under "about phone" or look for "update firmware". Tap update firmware. If there is a firmware update it will start to download.
PLEASE NOT THAT IF YOU ARE ROOTED YOU WILL LOSE ROOT!!
The only other way to get that version is to see if a ROM is available with it. You will need to have a recovery such as TWRP or CWM to install it.
