I wish I had an answer for you, but I too experienced the same problem ( so have numerous friends of mine)
I do not believe it is the fault of GoSMS, as I and others, have experienced this with the stock messenger and using Handscent.
I also have had a huge problems with my texts going to the wrong recipients, even if it was a reply to a threaded message.
Honestly, I blame Verizon's network somehow...You have to turn off notifications from your stock text app.
open up your stock text messaging app,
go to settings, and uncheck "notifications"
how exactly did you uninstall the stock app ?failure to turn off notifications will cause multiple received, but not sent.
I actually uninstalled the stock message app, and still have similar problems.
Honestly, I blame Verizon's network somehow...
:banghead:I was in the cellphone sales industry (selling multiple carriers ), and these problems only seem to be on Verizon.
how exactly did you uninstall the stock app ?
