Downloaded wallpaper

Ok so, I just bought my first HTC Thunderbolt via Android phone and I gotta say I'm very pleased. However, my first problem of the night is a wallpaper I downloaded from the Android Market site. First off, I selected this dragon wallpaper to download and it was sent to my phone just fine. However when I tried to load it, its just this big blob of nothing in the center of the screen and it doesn't work. I tried to find out where I can get a refund for this and even followed the forum/"Support" steps. There IS NO "My apps" on my android market app at the home screen. There is absolutely nothing there at all. It said I have 15 minutes to uninstall it and get a refund. It's already been 15 minutes and within those 15 minutes I've been trying to figure out HOW and WHERE this "my apps" is on the home page of the android apps. I've basically wasted my money, there is no support on the android page that I could find and it's really frustrating -_-. So am I not going to see my money back for this eventhough I was LEGITLY trying to uninstall this and get a refund for a wallpaper that doesn't work? This is indeed my first smartphone and I hope I get a refund for this.
