downloading and browsing problem with wifi

In my phone it is samsung galaxy ace gt-s5830i i cannot download or browse anything within my phone usung wifi even if proxy and port are correctly setted
 
Usually, unless you have some severely strict WiFi setup, proxy and port aren't required. Have you tried connecting without setting these up? Can you try forgetting the connection, restarting the router and your phone, and trying again? Is this a WEP or WPA setup?
