Downloading apps?

Hello ,
I am new to the forum and the android apps .With that being said I am trying to download apps and it won't let me ,Why? I am logged in.I see no download link.Am I mising something?I see a barcode but no download link I click on that and get error says link is gone or has moved???????? Sometimes it says I am not logged in when I am!!!!!!!

What phone? What carrier? What android version? Are you rooted? Are you on wifi or 3g? Does the browser work? Have you tried downloading other apps?

It doesn't sound like you're trying to download from the market.

Some devices have to be set to download from outside sources.
