Downloading Apps????

Hey there. I am new here and I just ordered the Incredible!!!!! I have been a Iphone guy for a while but I am just sick to death of At&t's service. I was just wondering can you download these apps right to your phone or do you have to download to a computer 1st and can you download them to your Apple Laptop???? Sorry about the stupid questions.

A stupid question indeed. Of course Android has a Marketplace which is an equivalent of App Store.
