Help Downloading music while listening to music

Hi, hopefully someone can help, if I purchase and download a song from Amazon to my phone, can I still listen to music on my phone at the same time as downloading music I have purchased.... Or will playing music at the same time interrupt the download in anyway, even though the app i am listening to music from and downloading too are the same app....with thanks

It shouldn't, and if it does, it will just pick up when the signal gets better. Or it will just download slower :)

Edit: also, I added to your thread title to clarify and differentiate it from your other thread.

Thanks, so listening to music and downloading a song at the same time won't mean it affects the song being downloaded to the app, meaning I have to redownload the song....

Technology is not my best subject, does that also mean if I was to download a song and I received a text message at the same time, the beeping sound of the text won't come out on the download, just need to know because learning new songs to sing at native American events, so I need them on my phone

You are correct....while downloading a song and getting a text or even a phone call for that matter, won't affect the download of the song. i.e. you won't hear the text notification in the downloaded song. Is that what you mean?

So returning to my original post, playing music on my phone at the same time as downloading music, won't affect the playback of the music I am downloading

I wouldn't think so unless you are streaming the music you are listening to, but you said you are listening to the music already downloaded.
Try it, see what happens. The worst that would happen I think is the song you are listening to would skip. Is that a big deal?
Edit: just re-read my reply...sounded snarky but didn't mean it to be. :o

No it wasn't market, thanks.....trying to ask the question in the right context, OK if I was listening to music on my mobile app and also downloading a different song via Amazon, would it affect the download of the song, causing interruptions on playback, sorry if the question is not coming across right

I'm going with an educated guess of no, it shouldn't cause any interruptions. :)
