Help Downloading odin

HELP PLEASE!!!
How can I download the odin and whatever else software or files I need to update my note 4 (sm-n910v) manually to lollipop 5.1.1. I have a netbook that doesn't have any way of connecting to the Internet and the netbook is currently running windows 7. How can I download the files or roms and transfer them to the netbook to update my phone? I'm pretty familiar with transferring things back and forth between the phone and netbook but I want to be sure how to do this before I just jump the gun and brick my phone. Basically I want to know if I can download files to my phone and transfer them to the netbook to run the files and then update my phone manually bc I haven't got the Ota update yet and would like to do so. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Since your netbook doesn't have Internet access you'll probably have to download these files on your phone and then hook it up to your Netbook. Then transfer the files.

Thank you,
Just to be sure.....
all of that will work with my phone correct? I've never done anything like this on android ... last time I did anything other than this was 9 years ago when I jailbreak my first iPhone lol. Heard too many horror stories and just want to be positive that everything is in order

Ok thank you I didn't know if there was any difference between developer edition and mine I'm not sure if the software you provided was d.e. but just didn't want to mix things up but thank you ... I appreciate your time and input it has been a huge help

No problem post back if you have any more issues or if you've successfully upgraded so others can know how to upgrade if it went successfully.
