Downloading Problems

[Android Question]

I have an Thunderbolt and I can't figure out how to download my downloaded photos from my phone to my computer. I plug in my phone to my computer using the USB port. Change the default connection type to disc but the computer does not recognize the phone. Thx

The most frequent issue is a dodgy USB cable - they seem to break really easily. Have you tried a different cable?
