Downloading ringtone (be nice..I'm new)

Hi, welcome to Android Forums.
Normally downloaded files appear in your 'Download' folder. You should also find a 'Ringtones' folder in your device storage.
Using a file manager, copy or move the file/s from the Download folder to the Ringtones folder.
When you then go to select your ringtone you will find your downloaded ringtone/s available in the list.
If you don't find a Ringtones folder you should be able to create one using the file manager.
