Help Downloads Fail Every Time

I recently bought a ZTE Score through Cricket for my daughter. I've noticed that whenever I try to download an e-book (no matter what file type), the download fails. My daughter has installed tons of apps which seem to work fine and is able to connect to the internet, but these specific types of ebook downloads never work. Would the download fail because I don't have the right app installed for it to function? Is it a connectivity issue? Any help would be appreciated!

You could always try downloading on a computer then putting on your sdcard for the phone. This should work. Alternatively you could try using a third party downloader apk this sometimes helps for downloading things the stock phone won't. Hope this helps
