You can set up a sync to the your local download directory but the data will exist in both places, local and Dropbox, it's just a sync. You can not download or upload in this case directly into DropBox from using the browser download function. Just use a SD Card and then sync what you want to Dropbox later. I think Maxthon has this feature but you'll have to use their cloud service as storage, check it out.
