drive to taransfer photo form computer to my samusung s3

hi thanks to send me the program to transfer all photo from computer to my mobile samsnung s3
 
You don't need a program, you just need a USB cable.

If you can't use a USB cable for some reason, you could try something like AndroidSync which allows you to connect to a PC via WiFi, though it's not the easiest thing to use for file transfers.
