Driving mode questions

Hi,

I've been searching for a while now, but can't find an answer to my question!
I bought a dock for my car and when I plug my phone in it turns the driving mode on, my question is: where can I modify this mode so that when it's active it turns my bluetooth on and another app. Naturally when it turns off I want both of them to be inactive!

Is it possible? Or is the driving mode juste to update me with sms, mails... I got?

If it's impossible is there an alternative?

If there's a driving mode app that loads, and the settings within the app don't offer these options, or if there's no app that loads, you could try one of the following:

Automateit
Llama
Tasker

The first two are free, with paid versions also available. Tasker is paid only, but offers a 7 day trial from the developer's web site.

If you just want a dock app for the car this one is nice. You can set it to turn BT/GPS on and off when you dock/undock. Settings are pretty straightforward.
