Droi 2.....Or Droid 1

I'm looking to buy a Droid 2. I'd take a look at the Droid 1 but I really want a Droid 2. I have about $200 I'd like to spend. Probably won't get one for that cheap but who knows. Please let me know what you have. I'd be willing to pay up to $150 for a Droid 1 depending on what the phone comes with.
