Droid 2 questions help please!!

Hi, I have a couple of questions concerning the new droid 2... Does anyone know how to unistall base apps like skype and amazon mp3? they run in the background constantly and suck battery life and it will not let you unistall when you go to settings.
Second does anyone know of any good apps that let you watch and download movies???
Third do Iphone apps cross over?

this is a good question... i have no use for the amazon mp3 app and do not want it on the phone

don't know 100% but i think apps like skype and amazon mp3 have to be taken off after you have rooted your phone and i think that it is the only way to take them off. sorry but i am not sure about your other questions i'm pretty new to the android OS

You are 1--% right. It would require to have root and a file manager installed to remove these apps.
