droid 2 stuck at M

HEy guys i need some help here, i was using my rooted D2 with fission mod and i saw that rom manager had CM7 out for D2 so i downloaded it and installed and now im stuck at the M screen. I tried to boot in to recovery and load my back up but its not working. i get the droid with !. so i can hit the search button and it brings me to the android system recovery screen and says

reboot phone now

install from sd:update.zip

wipe memory/factory settings

wipe cache partition

i was on another forum and they said to use RSD lite to SFB to 2.3.2 or something but i cant get RSD to see my phone.

any help throughts or comments would be greatly appreciated
