Help Droid Bionic does not see ringtones, uses Notification tones

Since I reactivated my old Droid Bionic, it does not see my ringtones....it was using my notifications tones...so I copied (via usb) my ringtones to my notifications folder....but I don't like using the same sound for a ringtone and a notification...how can I get my Droid to see my 'ringtone' file ?????
