Droid Bionic not charging correctly

Hello all -
I recently got a droid bionic ( couple of months ago ) - When I plug in the charger, the charge level of the battery seems to decrease 80% -60% -40%, etc. I generally keep the phone on the charger, at home and in the car. It just started this behavior. Any suugestions? Thanks

I would bet that it is a hardware issue, I would look into a RMA given that the device is a couple months old.

I woke up the other morning to a dead Bionic. Charger wouldn't charge it. No previous problems. Tech said it was software issue, sent me a refurbished replacement. Charger charged it up. Now this evening charger not charging it. Switched outlets, checked wire connections, still not charging. Borrowed friends charger (different type) and no problems. I think the Bionic charger was the problem to begin with. I'll definitely be buying a new charger tomorrow.
