DROID Command Center Weather Widget Not Updating

I have a Droid Mini and I have noticed that often on the DROID Command Center the weather widget (accuweather) does not update by itself a lot of the time. I have to touch the screen with my finger, taking me to the detail screen and then it will update the temperature. How can I fix this.

Have you tried clearing the cache for that widget?

Did you reload the phone?
Did you Wipe Cache Partition deleting all temporary data and not touching permeate data, apps, or settings?

Make absolutely sure you stay away from Factory Data Reset. It will remove everything you added.
