Droid Incredible problem!

I need help! I've had the incredible only 2 weeks. Everything was working fine. I can't hear anyone on the other end of the phone when
i'm calling or recieving a call. What happened?

Is Bluetooth on and connected to a device?

I would just take it to Verizon and see what they can do.
