I bought this phone new over the summer. I have had no issues with it at all until a single drop to the concrete cracked the screen. I am not referring to the glass overlying the screen. That is unblemished. It is the actual screen itself underneath the glass that is cracked. It is no longer displaying a picture. The phone is now unusable for me, and, unfortunately, I did not have the extended warranty.
