Do you have it set up to turn on from words such as hi hello .

Retrain the launch phrase. I use "OK Droid now" and it responds to "OK Droid" like "OK Droid Weather".

That maybe a problem. If you Dont use any keys just words . I would have to say if you was to say the words and it activated it will do every time you do say the key word. Sort of like a watch dog he is trained to attack with word commands . but if he hears someone else he just sit and look

Try adding one more word when you train the phone. For some reason, I've read that it works best, with fewer chances of false trigger, when you use more than 4 syllables - which perhaps is why the original X and last year's Droids required "OK Google Now".
