Help Droid Mini battery life suddenly very short

Hi!
Within the last 2 days my Droid Mini has suddenly gone to crap in terms of battery life. The process that seems to be hogging the majority of life is "Phone." What exactly does this mean? Especially since I haven't been using the phone to speak with anyone. Can anyone possibly shed any light on this issue?

thanks i'll check it out! definitely not the brightness...its always on the lowest.

what about the face that "phone" is the process stealing all the battery?

Battery calibration and other "suggestions" about screen brightness have nothing to do with explaining the problem of why the phone process has gone up so that it can be solved.

In fact, mbanu has been warned about pimping that low quality blog - and for still doing it, has earned the opportunity to find another place to haunt.
