Droid Need Help!

Hey all, i put the app on screenmode and set it to awake stay with the round red circle going through the moon. The phone screen is now black and I cannot get it to turn on again to make a call. What have I done here? is there a way to get this phone back on without messing with the battery?

what's wrong with pulling the battery?? It's easy and will probably fix the problem
