Droid Newbie stepped out of the wayback machine

Hi,

I just joined in order to get user help and advice for my 'Droid phone, Finding reliable apps and controlling app activity is a concern of mine.

So many different UIs having their way with the OS and my bandwidth demands, And I am interested in making phonelife easier yet secure. So here I am ready to hear about your experiences and recommendations.

I started out on the Amiga platform and then went to Macs. I also have some Linux Windows experience. I do CGI and video and hope to integrate my Droid into my workflow.
