Are there any programmes/apps that offer true syncing over Android, Linux, Windows / Cloud syncing?

I love dropbox, but the Android app just allows you to remotely go into your folder and download any files. I want an app to truly sync all files to my phone???

Do you have enough storage space for that on your phone...?
I think not.
That would make it technically impossible.
It also doesn't make sense because even if you would have enough storage space on your phone you still wouldn't be able to open, view, create, edit, or save Windows, Mac, or Linux files on your Android phone...!

Better to download to your phone what you need when you need it (and delete it from your phone when you don't need it there anymore, because you must be frugal with storage space on the phone).

Use Teamviewer c.s. to remotely access your PC from your phone. Select, on the PC, the file(s) you want on your phone (PDFs, JPGs, MP4s, etc.), and copy those into your DropBox (or SugarSync, or Minus) on the PC. Then they will be available in your phone's DropBox (or SugarSync, or Minus).
