Help droid phone hotspot to samsung note access

When i access the droid phones hotspot it asks me to input network ssid.
Where is this found on my tablet, or if this isnt what i input, how do i tether my tablet to use my phones hotspot?

Are you trying to set up the hotspot? If so, isn't it asking you want SSID you want the hotspot to have (in which case just make a name up).

Look in the hotspot settings. When you do the initial setup of your hotspot, it will ask you to set the security encryption type, password and SSID. SSID is the name of your network, as in 'MyNetwork' or 'Hotspot1' whatever name you give it. If you don't set a name when setting up the hotspot usually some generic name is automatically used for a default SSID.

Ok somebody had preset a code (2nd hand phone)
Now im off to allowed devices i assume.
(Never used a phones hotspot)
