Help Droid Pro. talks instead of ringing...

I have tried all settings. It will not ring. It actually talks and states the number or name of caller if they are in my contact list. I have looked everywhere that I can think of that would control this feature. Tried different ring tones etc....

That did it!!
Not sure how that got changed. The guy at the verizon store was in there tryin to make the ringer louder. Oh well..
