Hi, I recently gave my mother-in-law my old droid razar maxx to use on her verizon network. Everything was working fine with being able to send pictures to her husband who is on sprint. But, when he sends pictures back, the come up with a mssg saying 30mb and there is a download option and a reject option, also there is a mssg saying when it expires. I have tried to help her download it on WiFi and tried it on the 4g network and it just keeps failing. She's not very tec savy. Any ideas? she also dosen't use any apps except email.
