DROID RAZOR MAXX HD thubnails

With my DROID RAZOR MAXX HD connected to my computer (Windows 7). I am not able to see thumbnails of my photos that are on the phone. Is there a setting for this? Windows has been set up to show thumbnails but they do not display. I prefer to be able to see what I am downloading before hand.

Try changing the View in the window your viewing to large/Extra Large icons it works sometimes, and welcome to the forums

The Icon size makes no difference, thumbnails are still not displayed. Is what I am trying to do even supported on this phone?
