Droid Turbo same as Moto Maxx?

I'm getting confused here. Am I right that the Moto Droid Turbo is the Verison version of the Moto Maxx that has just been released in Brazil?

I'm trying to find out if there is a version in the pipeline coming to the U.K but I'm finding all the similar model names confusing

The specs indicate they could be the same phone. These sites say the Moto Maxx is the international version of the DROID Turbo:
