Help Droid turbo will not turn back on after completely dying.

So last night my droid turbo which I have had for maybe almost 2 weeks completely died, as in no more battery life. So I went to charge it and it will not charge at all. It's been on 3 different chargers and they all will not charge it and I know it is not the chargers since me and my grandmother use them everyday. Can someone help? As I said before it died and shut off and now when it's on the charger there is only a green light on and will not charge at all. Thanks

Sounds like you need a new battery

If you've only had it two weeks, and I assume it's new, probably best to return it as faulty for exchange.

Try leaving the phone turned off and on charge for several hours before you try turning it back on. Some devices need a minimum charge to power up and if phone ran completely flat that could be the issue.
