Droid X (Mint) for Incredible

Looking to trade my Droid X for Droid Incredible. It's been in a black hard case since day one. Screen protector on it before ever being touched. Including 2 additional screen protectors, black matte snap on case, original box, minus UPC cut out for rebate. Will also SELL for a resonable price.

Id be happy to trade if you can figure out how to get the droid x to work in canada...dont care what network. ive been tryong for awhile to get that done on my HTC Incredible but i cant figure out how and there is nowhere that offers a walkthrough or any info at all.
Any suggestions?
