Droid X on walmatdotcom

I wonder if walmart stores will get and how many?? as well as other little stores.. like authorized dealers...costco..etc...
 
how bout 24hr walmarts?? will they have it at 12am?? hahah.



edit: i did some research. to answer my own question.. apparently walmart was getting(moto droid) around 3-4 per store, and some where selling a day early.. or midnight.. others where strictly told to wait till 9am.
 
anyword on what walmart full retail will be? since i got to pay full retail for this thing i can shop for best deal..

Anyone know if Walmart will allow alternate upgrades?(Using the upgrade for one line and activating it on another)
 
I tried calling my local Wal-Mart that's 24 hours to see what kind of luck I'd have. She went to first check if they had any (thought I may get REALLY lucky possibly) but said no that they wouldn't have it until next week it looks like. She didn't know what time or anything though
 
Take it for what its worth, but Wal-mart's current 2 yr price on the Incredible is 148.88. About $50 cheaper than others, so if they do get DX, they may be cheaper. Not sure about retail though.
 
I just checked at local walmart and they have none and were not sure when they would have any. She told me to check back next week and they would probably have them.

Each Store may vary on start time, I think it might depend on if it is a "really big" release or not, how much demand there is, etc. If a store only has 3 or 4 each, not much incentive to start selling them at "midnight", etc.

As an associate at the home office, I don't get out into the store much, our big day is Black Friday and even though many of our stores are 24hr stores, we normally just put the pallets in the aisle and shrink-wrap it (maybe with a guard too), that day starts at 5am local time.

I hope to buy my Streak at Wal-Mart and get my associate discount too :D
