So I've been using Swype pretty much since day 1 of having the Droid. It's currently in beta, and I had seen a bit of hesitance from users in the community to actually use it... mainly because they seemed to be afraid that they would adopt the new entry method, and it would go away (beta would expire). Worry no more! It's a good possibility I'm way behind on this, but check this article out:
