what makes the phone not make the call I dialed until like 15 mins later? an not show the words or letters asyou type them in

Hello and welcome to AndroidForums.com. That is what is called serious lag. Your internal memory may be filled up and/or processes running in the background are using all the available RAM. I would suggest a factory restore which is accessible through your Settings menu under Privacy. Then see if it works any better.
