Drop box messed up my phone!

I am still new to this android software and I downloaded drop box and deleted it and now when I download ringtones it says that the file type is not supported when the SAME EXACT file worked before I downloaded drop box. Is there a way to choose what files I support. I have a samsung epic if that helps at all.

Hmmm, that sounds highly peculiar. I have doubts that deleting drop box did this...but I guess you never know.

I would suggest doing a batter pull on your phone (one full minute no battery) then power your phone back up and see if it behaves itself now.

Next, I would go into settings> Applications> and see if Drop Box still appears in their somewhere, or if any applications look odd. Also look into Settings> Applications> Running and see what Apps are running and see if anything looks odd there.

I am on a Droid 1 so I don't know anything about your particular phone.

You could also reinstall Drop Box and see how it behaves.
